HHCDA (Hall’s Harbour Community Development Association), a non-profit organization was incorporated on September 29, 1997.

The Association conducts its activities within the Community of Hall’s harbour, which area is defined for this purpose as the area along the north shore of the County of Kings, bounded on the north by the low (spring) tide line of the Bay of Fundy, on the west by Chipman Brook, on the South by Ross Corner and Centreville and on the east by the Sheffield Vault including the harbour floor and all the entrances to the harbour.

The objects of the Association are:

To stimulate and sustain community development through the support of projects which are beneficial to the area without in any way limiting the foregoing, to provide tourism and recreational programs, services, facilities in the Community.
